A,B,C,D,E,F,G.

With 5 semi tone between:
A and B,
C and D,
D and E,
F and G,
G and A.

All the notes, are arranged on the neck of the instrument, one on each fret of your ukelele. On the neck, you will find the notes in scale like in a piano.


The ukelele strings.


Classically the ukelele strings are:
G, C, E, A
Where the G string is thinner, producing a higher pitch.

Having only four strings, it is essential that they are always in the correct tuning.


The importance of ukulele strings


The strings used on the ukelele can significantly change the instrument's sound. The ones offered by the manufacturer aren't always the best fit for the instrument.
